Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Kolkata, West Bengal within 24 hours of a confirmed payment on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 working days after dispatch
• Remote or restricted PIN codes: may take longer

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festive volumes and other events outside our control can delay delivery.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we email you the tracking details. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page using your order reference (starts with MNX-).

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please double-check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the phone number was unreachable, or delivery was refused, we can re-ship it once the return reaches us; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, email info@motonyx.shop with your order reference. Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — see our Return Policy.
