What we collect

• Name, email address and phone number you enter at checkout
• Shipping address (street, city, state, PIN code)
• Your bike model, so we can confirm fitment
• Order details: item, quantity, amount paid, order reference and payment status
• Messages you send us through the support form or by email

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Payments are handled entirely on Razorpay's secure checkout; we only receive a payment reference and status.

• To process your payment and confirm your order
• To pack, ship and track your parcel
• To send order confirmation, shipping and delivery emails
• To answer support requests and handle damage or wrong-item claims
• To keep transaction records as required by Indian tax and accounting rules

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order, with these service providers:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Shiprocket and its courier partners — shipping and delivery
• Resend — sending order emails
• Supabase — hosting our order database

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise this store on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Those platforms may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to measure ad performance. You can control this through your browser settings and through your ad preferences on the platform itself. This site does not require you to create an account, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you.

Retention and your choices

Order records are retained for as long as needed to support warranty, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to review, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you by emailing info@motonyx.shop. Where a record must be kept for tax or fraud-prevention reasons, we will tell you.
