All orders are non-returnable.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your bike model and shipping details carefully before paying.
Why we don't accept returns
The MotoNyx indicator adapter is a precision-machined part designed specifically for the Triumph 400 platform. Each unit is inspected before dispatch and, once installed or handled, cannot be resold as new.
Damaged or wrong item on arrival
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us at support@motonyx.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID (starts with
MNX-) - Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item
- An unboxing video, if available
Verified damage or ship-out errors will be replaced free of charge. We do not offer refunds in these cases — only a replacement of the same item.
Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been handed to our courier. Once a shipment shows as picked up in tracking, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Email support@motonyx.in immediately after ordering if you need to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when an order is cancelled before dispatch, or when a replacement is not possible for a verified damaged/wrong-item claim. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
